Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. Does your firm find out why you failed a clearance ? Asking bc I got fired from my first job out of college a couple years ago and didn’t report it on it company background check. I’m afraid if I fail my public trust, my current firm will find out and fire me for not reporting it on my prior employers.

My school deliberately cut the number of classes that the specials teachers teach so that we could be building subs for quarantined and sick teachers (we are hybrid). So... I teach fewer classes (which is a relief because specials teachers teach way more classes than core teachers normally) but I'm pulled for most of my planning periods to babysit classes. I need my planning periods so I can redo my ENTIRE curriculum... and I just feel unappreciated, used, and nothing more than a babysitter.

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?
