After leaving my job of 6 years, I never knew Job hunting could be this tiresome and frustrating. I've been applying back to back but no positive response yet. Does anyone know anything I could do at the moment to keep myself busy till I get my desired job? I'm in desperate need of any job at the moment, or anything I could do and get paid in return, no matter how little.

You don't mention what you career was or what your skills are, so it's difficult to be helpful. If you were a developer, QA analyst, etc. you should work on building your own projects to demonstrate your skills.

In addition, you should consider online or local college courses and/or certifications to prove you have new, cutting-edge skills for your desired job area.

I was a freelancer, I was working with a publishing fiction writing firm, but I decide to quit for personal reasons so I'm currently into Data Analytics. From my previous work, I have experience in managing a team and virtual assisting so I'm open to any at the moment. Also, I'm currently undergoing some projects under the data analytics roles which I already have in my CV, but I think another reason why it's so hard to find a job is because most data analytics job I am coming across are mostly full time jobs and at the moment, being a student in the UK, I can't work full time until my studies are done in September. So I'm open to any part time roles at the moment.

I’m not sure! But, I think I saw an UK bowl.

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?
