Be honest, you resigned. But frame it without trashing the company. Say you left to prioritize your mental health or because the environment no longer aligned with your values. Recruiters respect transparency, especially when it’s delivered professionally. No need to sugarcoat, just don’t vent.
Recruiters appreciate self-awareness. Just say you chose to resign because the role no longer aligned with your values or growth goals. It’s the truth, and it shows you’re intentional about your career.
