An officer has identified a client based on video footage, but neither the prosecution or the defense counsel has received the footage. The officer is going to testify to identify the client as the suspect based off the footage. Are there any objections that can be raised? Thinking best evidence rule, but wanted to pick some brains. Seems like the officer shouldn’t be able to because there’s no way to verify it.

I was going to ask what state, but really, what country? There's no way he can testify about a video not turned over, including the questionable LEO identification. #ConfrontationClause

Also best evidence rule, usually not a winner but good supporting argument

Good morning everyone. I have a PC who had a large sum of money seized at the Phoenix international airport by state police. He was detained for suspicion of money laundering, was released, and to date has not been charged. I am not licensed in AZ, so I am looking to either be sponsored with a Arizona Licensed attorney or refer out. If anyone has any interest, please send me a message to discuss details. Take care!
