Hi all, I joined as a traine in devops engineer 1 yr back. My LPA was 1.2. after 1 yr Now I have a LPA of 3.2.
I have no developer background. I joined just after college at that time. Now I have experience with major devops Technologies. even after 1 year of devops I am still confused if I should follow this way or learn development like my classmates who earnings more than my current LPA in their first year. Please share if you have any suggestions.

A little thrown off: hiring manager reached out on linkedin asking if I'd be interested in a role. I obviously thought first would be a recruiter screening but turned out it was a zoom interview with the HM herself. I was not prepared at all, had only prepped for basic HR/why this company questions. Longest half hour in my life. At the end she asked me the typical HR/visa/salary req q's as well, it seems like she is doing everything for recruiting. Is this bizarre or just me

Hi Fishies, I’m 32yrs old and went with IVF due to male factor. I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? This is my first time IVF , little worried but again not keeping many hopes and become depressed I’d something goes wrong. Meanwhile trying to stay positive as well.
