Wdym about turning it around? At the Firm or outside?

By the way, the new company I’m at - I work the hardest, I’ve got the worst programs, delivered the most impact, manage people (when others in my org at same role don’t), and I got the average rating yday.

When it came to the fb discussion, I was told, hey you do amazing work and I as your manager pushed for the highest rating, but since you’ve been here only for 9.5 months and not 12, despite everyone applauding you and knowing how lucky we are to have someone of your skillset, the VP of our org gave you the avg rating, it’s true for everyone else too in your shoes

I’m beyond heartbroken. I’m so sick of corporate America

What do you see as most attractive exit ops in Europe? In the US, everything is about Tech/FAANG, but it seems way less attractive in Europe (less strategic roles, comp. seems much lower than in the US, very centralized around London/Dublin).

Office may be inaugurated by 15th of August, Seating Capacity might be 250 as of now. For Audit Dept 50 seats will be there.

How long is the current wait time for H4-EAD? My company attorneys are filing my wife's EAD on her behalf but they are saying she would not be able to travel outside US as it will update her i-94 records and it may reault in denial. Is that true?
