Hi, I have paid medical insurance premium of 27300 in the month of April 2022. My last working day was 17th October. I have talked with finance team, they told me I will get the 27300 rupees on FNF
Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.

Why do deals move at a breakneck pace all the time? I don’t understand the urgency put on this work for every single deal. Is it deliberate to avoid lengthy diligence / lots of questions? All these deadlines are arbitrary

Anyone in here moved from risk consulting (internal audit + external audit support) to FDD with the hopes of breaking into banking? Or have y’all seen it happen before? Would probably be a step down from a comp and wlb pov but it’s a means to an end..
