Any good books or advice to improve your communication skills for managers and above?

In 2023 I'm wanting to help make my management more effective. So, I'm looking for a book or a couple of books to gift my team this holiday season. I would like books that focus on communication and taking ownership. Any recommendations?

Want to improve my verbal and written communication skills. I hear reading more would help but I don’t read as much as I used to. So I’m wondering what books would help with that? Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.
