Go to the portal and search “change strategy” you will find 100s of things on KX or information on one of our hundred of change accelerators
Lmao dude isn’t that your entire job JD
Determining your approach depends on what you are trying to accomplish as well as the corporate culture of the client. Effective change strategy and plans are not about having “good” ideas - it’s about using the “right” idea/tool/technique to do what you need to do.
All that said, I would assess the current comms, training, and Champions approach to make sure they’re already optimized. Walk (Crawl?) before you run.
This is spot on, especially for a big org transformation. Corporate culture as well as departmental culture will really drive the approach that works the best. Building relationships with key stakeholders and people leaders is key to know what will resonate the best. Many times using the same approach and activities, even within the same company, won’t have the same results from different teams.
Try portal instead of fishbowl - there are 100s
I think portal is internal intranet source at Accenture
Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Many people live at the activity level, some live to drive to outcomes, very few align to purpose.
Agree with D1 here, it varies. Confirm leadership alignment on vision/direction/guiding principles. Then look at team/role, goal alignment, team building, establish feedback loops.
