Any news about the role alignments?

Has anyone asked for a hike in the same company without any other offer in hand by letting them know that you deserve more (providing proof of work & awards)

P.S. I know everybody thinks they should receive more but just in case you really think you deserve it when compared to market standards, has anyone approached HR directly?

Currently applying to federal clerkships. Is there an average amount of time before you hear back (if selected)? Also, is it proper to call to confirm receipt of submitted apps outside of OSCAR?

I've reffred at Siemens by friends abs post that I got link from where I've applied within receipt of the link and now front past week application on my behalf I can see that it is with recruiters from last week I've not any call or email post that.

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Its a VC funded startup & aggressively growing. I’ve never worked for a start up, so curious what everyone’s experiences are and any feedback would be super appreciated thank you!!
