Bike volume in long distance triathlon is key. For fulls I’m really only running 30 miles a week. But biking 150-200. I would get in 2 pool swims per week (~3k each) and then some open water work (not every week) on the weekends. You can probably get away with a bit less volume depending on how well you want to do / current fitness level
You’ll be totally fine. I’ve only done one 70.3 and one 140.6 and did them a few years apart. Same $hit, just more of it. Of course you’ll need more concentration on fueling during training and the race. If there was anything else I would have done differently it’s more strength and mobility work. More recovery especially considering how solid a base you likely have.
I wasn’t a beginner but never did that distance. I started a few weeks ahead in terms of time/distance because I had more base fitness then they assume you have but after about 5 weeks I started following pretty close
