I take my Spectra S1 into the office and it works great. (I use the Kiinde bag to transport the pump and it has a little cooler compartment that fits ice and my milk to come back home).
I bring three sets of flanges to avoid washing, although many people I know use the “fridge hack” where they keep the pump parts in a ziploc bag in the fridge (mini fridge in their office) between uses to prevent the growth of bacteria.

A lactation consultant told me it’s fine for older babies with no immune issues, and some people will also use pump wipes in addition to the fridge hack, but I’m still more comfortable having multiple sets of flanges so I can just wash them at home (or make my husband wash them at home)

I didn’t use hands free at work, but I just washed the parts in the sink with hot water and the pump-friendly soap and laid them out to dry in my office. Was easier than carrying parts back and forth.
Fridge hack all the way.
I like the eufy S1, better than Momcozy, imo. My firm also provides pump similar to Spectra in the mom’s room. Most of the time, I still pump in my own office with the wearable. For cleaning, I use pump wipes or go for a quick rinse during lunch break.
I used the Momcozy M5 sometimes but would empty much better with the Spectra, so I keep a spectra in my office. I initially washed the pump parts at work but quickly gave up and resorted to the fridge hack.
The Eufy S1 is much better at emptying for me than the mom cozy, but you can also bring the spectra if you’re worried about losing supply with a wearable. They make pump wipes you can use if you want to clean it and bag is old enough, but otherwise if you have a fridge at the office I’d use the “fridge hack” if you can. I would just put mine in a wet bag in the pumping room’s fridge and use it throughout the day. Milk would go either on a Ceres chill or in bags/bottle that go into a cooler also in the fridge.
If you decide to use the fridge hack on a mini fridge, make sure the fridge gets cold enough. Some don’t and can compromise the milk.
I used the Elvie after my flow was established. Worked great

Fan of Eufy S1
I have mom cozy M9. I have 2 sets of pump parts and always have a set in my bottle washer at home prepped to go for the next day. I use the fridge hack at work and just leave the pump parts in my lunch box in the communal refrigerator in between pumping sessions.
