But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

When investing liquid cash long term do you all work with an investment advisor or do it yourself? Just got off of a meeting with J P Chase investment advisor who is essentially going to invest my money into a bunch of their own ETFs, S&P500 and some fixed assets. I have a brokerage account with 7k in it, split 70% VOO 30% SCHF. I now have an additional 11k I can add - how should I allocate it? I’m Buying and selling (mostly just buying) equities through multiple brokerages, maxing 401k and accruing interest on multiple checking / savings accounts. Not rly any tax breaks. Hi everyone! I’m a young professional right out of college getting into investing and personal finance management. Trying to better understand and educate myself on personal finance and investment strategies. Can someone recommend some recourses (books, podcasts, experts to follow, etc.) where it’s clearly explained for beginners? Trying to make sense of 401Ks, Roth IRAs, emergency funds etc.
Like I’m looking for someone like Dave Ramsey but for investment and money management advice.

If I’m right on the cusp of hitting the contribution reductions for a Roth IRA for 2021 (will potentially have a greater than $125k AGI depending on bonus amount, but likely won’t exceed $130k), what should I do? I can fully find the $6k right now to a Roth, fund like $5k and then wait until June when I find out my bonus amount to decide what to do with the rest, or should I just do an IRA->Roth conversion just to be safe?

I work in sf and Nyc and have now saved enough where I’m wondering if it makes sense to buy rather than rent an apartment as an investment. Tricky part is I’m still quite young and this wouldn’t be my lifelong/family home. Have also considered buying in less metropolitan areas and renting them out for passive income. Curious if anyone’s gone through this process before and have thoughts ?

I really want to move out of my parents place for social reasons etc. I still hangout with friends a lot but it’s just a hassle having to drive a hour or so to kick it with them. So my dilemma is I enjoy saving $ on rent (yes I know can’t have both) but the main reason for me moving back home is so that I can save and buy a house. On the flip side with how expensive houses are right now it’s hard to even buy. I’m in CA btw SoCal. If anyone has any suggestion of places to live for a 26 YO TIA!

A little context: 24M, started in the pandemic, moved back home and paid off my student loans.

Do I move out? Can I start spending on myself? Am I missing anything from a saving perspective?
