Anecdotally, very culty, doesn't say no to anything which leads to a lot of red projects, and is completely banking on being "the revenue cloud experts" which leads to them basically serving as Salesforce's dumping ground when proserv says no. I would suggest finding ex-employees via LinkedIn and asking for a coffee chat before pursuing.
I advised the PE firm that made a growth investment in them. I second everything that TA1 said. If you want to remain full-time then I would avoid anyone that is doubling down on RCA. They are setting themselves up for being the punching bags and dumping grounds.

I've worked with them as a SI. They specialize in RevCloud. Employees are very happy there. They are not ready for enterprise in my experience with them where they were a subk.
