Nutrafol has worked for me and my mother
I used it for over a year now. Cost is $79 a month. Haven’t noticed any crazy results but feel like it has slowed the process and also notice some baby hairs not previously there
Really depends on what is causing breakage and hair fall. For me it was years of dying hair, heat, and then scalp build up from working out & products.
I started doing a hair mask of castor oil + jojoba + coconut + macadamia + avocado oil once every 2 weeks. Then when washing i do a deep scalp cleanse using the mint/charcoal treatment from briogeo. Then sometimes (once a month maybe) I do olaplex 3 + colour hair mask just to smooth and soften.
I also use a few drops of the peptide hair serum from the ordinary on a clean scalp. I also invested in a silk scrunchie and turban that I sleep in to avoid breakage and friction that comes with hair rubbing against sheets. Silk pillows are great but high price point for me.
I’ve also stopped dying my hair, air dry it 95% of the time and seen a great improvement. It’s really an investment of time and effort if you want good results.
Biotin and multivitamins don’t do jack. DM me.
Plz tell us…
Biotin
Rogaine
Finasteride (a doc or dermatologist can right a script). You can even get on an app like “HeyDoctor” or “PlushCare” or “Keeps” and get it virtually (send script to costco pharmacy - i get three months supply for $13.00). Finasteride is the generic form of Propecia, and its like taking a multivitamin a day, and it is one of the only pills that will legit work. Im 32 and been taking it since I was 23 - no side effects or issues.
Finasteride is one of the “big three” - the other being Rogaine (Minoxidil) and Nizoral shampoo (get the nizoral at cvs and use it 2
Or 3 times a week). Minoxidil works more than anything but thats a bigger commitment than anything else.
Of course, drink your water, eat healthy, and make you supplement with the vitamins specific to hair growth like Biotin.
One other thing to look into is dermarolling your scalp or hairline once or twice every two weeks. Google the benefits but you can order a dermaroller on amazon for cheap and use.
Sounds like snake oil, but dermarolling did work for me to thicken up my hair.
I’m F, and I use men’s rogaine. My doc said it’s safe to use. But not finasteride

Reassess your diet and make sure your eating enough protein. Hair loss can also be due to stress. Products may not help much if you have to make some lifestyle changes. If you’re stress is controlled and you are healthy then go to the doctor to do a blood work scan!

Is the cause an underlying health issue, or aging? If the former, address it. If the latter, can't stop the clock, my friend. 🥺
Sounds kinda gross...but I've heard that massaging onion juice in your scalps helps a lot (never tried it).
Propecia?
I bought my husband a system from brand Satinique that was color grey that included anti-hairfall shampoo and conditioner and also a hair serum that thickens the hair. Let me know if you are interested. He was losing hair and it was becoming very thin as well. His hair has thickened since using it.
I take biotin, 10,000mg to be exact. Take one tablet everyday and you slowly start to notice a difference
Look up Jamaican Black castor oil on amazon
Oh goodness, sorry to hear that. Glad you shared it. I used it to grow my eyebrows & eyelashes and it worked well for me
If you’ve recently recovered from any illness then it’s a natural process, just wait it out a few months.
I recommend Viviscal for 3-6 months and also Hubner’s Silicea taken for at least 6 months. Last but not least, perhaps see your doctor for some tests and recommendations?
Also I’ve found Aveda’s invati range to be good while waiting for the body to heal and improve hair growth from within.
Vegamour helps !:) but it takes a long time and helps growth but isn’t a miracle serum
Use a sulfate free shampoo - Moroccan Oil Repair Shampoo + any conditioner is the best. Helped me. Also get checked for any deficiencies.
