I had recently applied for Technical solutions specialist - Infrastructure.
Not sure why my resume got rejected.
I highly doubt the resume got rejected by some automation tool.
Is there a way my resume can directly reach to hiring managers?

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. How difficult is it to lateral to other areas of tax without prior experience in the area? (Ex: Income tax planning to estate planning, corporate tax to exec comp, or estate planning to controversy work, etc.) Assuming you have an LLM or a couple years of experience in your first tax area.

I’m new to tax law and I’m worried that I’m going to respond to/answer a scam and give away client info (or my own tax preparer info).
