Hi All, newbie here to real estate investing. I have a primary with about $180k in equity and want to A) Get a larger primary in about 12 months and B) Acquire a cash flowing rental asap. Would you try to cash out refi and buy an investment property now; cash out and rent out your current place and buy a new primary or sell your current place and try to get buy a small investment and a new primary?

I have ~200k liquid, any recs on what to do with it to make more money? It's mostly in various ETFs right now. I'm in Atlanta and not sure if real estate is a great option (my gf owns our house)

Hey All, just wondering what’s happening with McKinsey’s Quantum Black and BCG’s many product ventures (BCG Omnia, BCG Digital Ventures etc)? Are they working on creating a products and up selling to their current clients? Interviewed on 12th August , got selection mail 2 days later asking to upload docs. The HR discussion has happened on 27th august and same day I did also receive CTC breakup(acknowledged same day).
Recently on 15th September , status in ibegin changed from evaluation in progress to evaluated
Can I expect an offer anytime soon?

Had a detailed an hour interview (just one) without job description being provided by HR
Received mail saying that you have cleared MR and will go ahead with HR interview. Request you to upload docs in "My documents" portal.

I could not login to ibegin portal and have to create a new profile... Toll free no on tcs portal does not help? It seems confusing

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Or will they forcefully transfer and change the base location without employee's consent?
