Anybody else getting scammers replying to some of the jobs they apply for? I think I've had about 6 or 7 now.

The ones I've experienced will send you a Team's link to go do a "text" interview, no phone or video, just typing to one another. They also don't ask me for my availability to do these, they just say show up at some weird time.

Talk about a waste of time. Pretty sad that we can't even trust jobs on job boards now.

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background?
