When this happens to me I make sure to bring at least my 16oz of water. You might be dehydrated or you didn’t get enough food that day. Or you didn’t get enough rest the night before.
That is very likely!
I would also recommend, on top of the water bottle, making sure you’re not standing with your knees locked if you stand for long periods of time to make sure you’re getting full blood flow
That is a really good tip, thank you!
I had this issue since we barely get any breaks and now I put electrolyte powder in my water bottle and drink as much as I can. It helps a lot!
Great idea, I'm doing that starting today!
I only had this happen when I was pregnant. It definitely sounds like you may need to eat more or drink more water/electrolytes though. It's kind of scary to experience that feeling often so I hope you're taking a proactive approach to your health!
Thank you so much!!
I've worked with people who have had complaints like that. I suspect it was something to do with their diet, or perhaps they were getting dehydrated out on the floor. Switch up what you're eating and see if that makes a difference.
Definitely see a doctor, to rule out any health issues otherwise sleep regularly and consistently, start your day with protien and water. Do Not Skip Breakfast, even if it's a protein bar and bottle of water, eat first thing in the morning. Eat protein for every meal. Better shoes can help but honestly stretching regularly and actively correcting your posture will do more for you in the long run.
