I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Recently received an offer for Staff Software Test Engineer for Austin. YOE :11 yrs 150K, 10-20% bonus and 15K sign on and no rsu. Can someone tell me if this is a good offer?

Are post-houses ramping back to in-person? I’m freelance and so far have had a couple in-person sessions but everything else has still been remote. I’m in NYC.

I have gone home and begun playing Dying Light 2! Loved the first game and I’m loving the second one too! The more open map is killer! It’s also great for killing those end of the day anxieties and frustrations.
