I’m shooting 3 talks tomorrow, none of the talks have been written. I can’t stop thinking about him.

My office recently was acquired by a new owner. He's shown interest in me being his office manager. He's said after this transition period, that they want to give me the official title and pay yo compensate that. But it's been 4 months. The transition is over and I've been busting my butt. On all the documents I am the manager, yet I feel like they just gave me the title without the pay for it. Should I wait a bit longer and be patient, or should I speak up and ask for the raise?

Is it possible to be in this field and be a relatively non-confrontational person? Or will you just burn out immediately? What kind of character do you think you need to have, seriously?

I have quite a few interviews scheduled, but just found out today that my spouse was layed off. I don’t think I should leave a solid role at a company I have tenure at in this economy with my spouse out of work…how should I tell the people I was interviewing with?

Guys BIG ALERT!! DON'T JOIN MAVERIC SYSTEMS. They are taking exp employee and burn them crazy for 16hours day and both weekends (spl Think Next batch) . They do humiliate employee to insane level and each one are crying a** out. They insult in daily call and corner each one personally. Some employees are threatened to each ask for 1 day sick leave. Employee are forced to work all weekend without compoff. Please don't join guys, my friends are crying
