Not 1 cycle it's 2 cycle..

One is now skipped..

One is 2025-2026 they will skip as well

They will say hike given in April 26 only to 50 percent but who they are no one exactly.

So it divides and conquers rules that they apply so no one will know what's happening inside the appraisal cycle.

No hik anymore I can say...
Only some will get who already got the hike by kicking some people out of project.
Hike already given . 05 percent employees... That's it

1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
