Is it better to stay back in TCS or move forward with CTS.

What’s current market rate for Managers in FDD in Chicago? Im not looking to jump ship, but curious what raise at my current company would bring me to market rate.

Valuations or FDD? Trying to decide which team has the best exit opportunities/WLB/interesting work.

I see a lot of Jr. Level folks (myself included) in this bowl asking about certain finance exit opps like MM IB and PE etc.

At some point is the comp that much better?

From Big4 Transparency: S1/MCOL/2YOE/FDD making $97k. Managers MCOL close to $150k.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?
