I have got an offer from JPMC and I have another counter offer . Just wanted to understand if there is any probability for the JPMC offer to be revoked if I am renegotiating with them? Also, how many days before my LWD should I ask for renegotiation?

Pre-approved for a home but the rate lock expired and now we have to re apply. My husband lets me know his credit score dropped 111 points because of credit card utilization. Even if we get it below 30% ( which we can) not sure it will quickly reflect. I also added him as an authorized user on a high limit credit card I have. Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. I’d like to ask for a new resource but interested in feedback.
