Folks who moved from PwC to Accenture, how is it compared to PwC in terms of WLB and overall culture? Just trying to get some data points. I know that it can vary by group.

Sapient has offered 33.5 as CTC which includes 5% variable , work experience is 7.5 years at SA L2 level . Is this the good offer as per sapient range ?

SM on my project stepped away on paternity leave. SM was the one who led partner discussions and most of the client meetings. We're a week from a client deadline.

As a manager, I'm stepping but incredibly stress with the amount of moving parts. I don't have a strong rapport with the partner (Neither did the SM) to be open and transparent on how stressful I'm feeling without downgrading myself.

I'm sick to the stomach and very anxious, stressed at the suddenness of the thrust.

How do you navigate getting/facilitating full time offers?
I am an incoming senior currently interning with Abbott. My goal is to have at least two full time offers. I have another interview coming up this week at a different company. I suspect that pay will be similar (Glassdoor and industry knowledge). If I don’t have an offer from the other company, what is the best way to postpone accepting from Abbott until I have salary leverage?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
