I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

I need help. I'm dealing with multiple losses in the same week and having a hard time... I took some time off from work but I have no motivation to do anything. I don't want to go back to work and don't care about my work right now. I want to quit but I don't want to make a rash decision but need a long break. It's also not fair to my team that I can't give it my 100%. What can I do?

Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. My partner and I are not big spenders and anticipate have enough to retire comfortably in 40s (obviously a lot can change). Is it a good time to join UBS as an AD? I have a total of 8.10 yoe. I was not looking for change but one of my previous company client employee asked me to take up the interview and I have cleared all the rounds and got the offer letter.
I have not yet completed 1 year in my current organization. Will this have any adverse effects in my career in future.
