I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

It's my first month in a new job as Product Owner. PSA: For single folks who live alone & have 4 legged children - a morbid but logical tip my vet shared was to buy a water dispenser bowl for your pet. Reason is that if you get into a car accident or something happens to you that prevents you from getting home to them, a water dispenser should supply them w several days of water. Dogs can go 5-7 days without food, but will die after 2-3 days without water
