Anyone have experience leading the H1B transfer efforts for a new employer? I’m in talks with an employer who hasn’t done H1B transfers in the past but are open to the idea of it if I handle the process (they will still pay for the lawyer and provide necessary documents but I’ll have to find the law firm and engage them, understand what’s needed etc). Is that even possible?
