Anyone have experience with direct manager acting super supportive up front but behind close doors, putting down and talking behind the team members’ backs? I’ve witnessed them saying unkind things about others to me but now I’m getting stressed out every time I make the smallest mistake because I know the supportive words are not always the truth.
