The JD shared during the interview says : Project Role Description : Assists with the data platform blueprint and design and Key responsibilities is a. Pre-sales and solution ownership of sales pursuits data analytics related services for cloud b. Own end to end RFP or RFI etc. Does it mean work is on presales only ?

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. I'm taking a cut in salary to consider this new job but I like the company and they actually offer benefits

I just started a new job this past week and I’m realizing my boss is a huge asshole and doesn’t have a great reputation in the company.

It was hard to tell during the interview process but ultimately I don’t think I’m gonna enjoy working for them. I have two other job offers I declined the other week that I could potentially go back to and see if they’re still interested in me. Is that crazy? I just have this feeling with my current employer that it’s just not gonna work out.

Do you guys see ppl moving from a product strategy roles to product manager roles? I’m getting dinged in interviews because I haven’t seen a product through end to end implementation, I primarily work on the early stages and then hand off. Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?

Would you interview at a place you knew people could somehow inform someone at your current agency about?

My current CTC is 17.5lpa and I'm thinking to switch company for personal financial reasons.

Is it appropriate to expect a salary range between 40-45lpa given my experience and skills?

My company reimburses CFA exam fees if I clear level the exam and if I stay in the firm for 2 yrs from reimbursement date. I don’t wish to be in the same firm . Can i still apply for CFA scholarship?

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.

What should I do? I need good wlb but also need money badly.

Has anybody switched from Deloitte India to Usi?
How was the procedure? Did you quit the India firm and then join Usi or is an internal switch possible?
