C, but I would say that hybrid needs to be broken out into hybrid: set # of days in office and hybrid: flex # of days in office. I like going in but would not want to commit to x days per week. I like the option to be there but not as a requirement.

B/C - I am more productive at home but there are certain days that being in the office is helpful for my career and relationship growth
(A). Working from home. I will never ever set foot in an office ever again (unless it’s like a biannual meeting or something). One narrative that I wish more people talked about is how disabilities impact this. With my disability, working from home makes my life tremendously easier. The accommodations I need would not be feasible for almost any employer.
A, but I would like a hybrid schedule if I lived within a short walk of my office. It’s the commute that really kills me.

B or C - I’m a lot more productive in the office. Also I’m an extrovert and get depressed/lonely working from home.

I haven’t looked into the sources of how they conducted those interviews but I would bet it really depends by team, industry and commute. So when you take averages you get office or something.
