Any warm recommendations for data buying companies?

Has anyone ever gone through the interview process at Citi for HR roles? I have a question

Why do clients always think I should be able to double their ROI right away... it takes time folks, and putting extra pressure on the marketing team does not make us faster

Would you:

Go for a perm position for a large manufacturing company recruiting assemblers and Machinsts in aerospace. 70k

Or

Temporary contract with the government recruiting for various low skilled work with higher than average wages. Min 82k with possibility of extension

Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Earlier I was contemplating moving to another field in recruitment but now I’m considering switching to another profile in HR where I can do backend processes/ payroll/ hr systems, cz I want to leave the calls and interviews and sourcing.. please suggest profiles I could take a dig in and explore? Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. TIA!!

Why is it taking forever to get an offer letter… I got a verbal offer but still waiting for the official letter for 2weeks. Recruiter gives me heads up that it’ll take couple of weeks but still.. i’m so nervous. Should i concern? My mental is about to go crazy haha

Does anyone have an experience that all went well and right before the offer letter, it just get cancelled?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Three job interviews with a company, last one creating a marketing plan and presenting to marketing VP. I received good feedback from him. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work.
