I don't know if you can change yourself, it always means you were the life of the party just never showed your true self. I can switch it on and off very well and depends who i am with. My close friends I am the life of the party, work very professional and quiet.
Yes!! I 100000% did this. I moved across the country and really had 0 friends and didn't know a soul. So I forced myself to go out and make friends. It was hard at first but it got easier the more I did it.
Go out- where? How do you approach people without being a creep?
I'm still in the process of opening myself up into the world. It is fun but I personally have to recharge for like a few days before I can actually do something out of my comfort zone again. It drains my social battery.
