It does but experience also plays a big part, but eventually depending on where you work absolutely it can help.
Time, effort, and money to the MBA can pay off in the long term, depending a lot on where you are and the company. Ideally you can use experience to get into some more money, because MBA will initially be a lot and making up for that time doesn’t always pan out for everyone and sometimes it does exponentially.
As someone with an MHA, I can confidently say that you should go get an MBA. It’s the same classes/courses but MBAs typically get offers 60-100k higher coming out of grad school. There are some MBAs I went to school with that make double what I make as an MHA

Nope. All i have is a B.S. i may get a MHA because i want to get a C-Suite role in a few years. They help but aren’t not required
Definitely worth it. Got mine at 22. Did a couple odd jobs after but was eligible to sit for boards to be a nursing home administrator. No luck with jobs so I went with an unpaid internship at a 250 bed facility until fully licensed. Now fast forward to this reply to your post. I am now 24 and I am a nursing home administrator at a small 60 bed facility. Could never have been able to do so without that degree.
