I recently graduated with a BS in Management and working in the healthcare field as a Referral specialist. I want to continue in this career path but unsure want Masters program would be best fitting. Please suggest a Masters programs/certifications that will align with this??

Honestly, I feel going the clinical route makes sense. I think with the referral path you’re going to hit a block due to not being licensed clinically. Part of the reason I cannot jump to the clinical side, is that I am simply not a clinician.

Otherwise maybe a masters of Health administration would make sense.

I personally chose to do an MBA with a healthcare specialization.

Look into Google Career Certificates. A certification in Data Analytics or Project Management will definitely help.

I have a bachelors in health service administration and plan on getting a certification in project management to specialize.

Hi all, I got laid off from my current company (product based) a month ago. Since then I've been looking for new opportunities. I got an offer from a good product based company with a good package and also my current company offering me rehire with promotion and a good package. I have a good rapport with my current manager, and he played a major role in offering this rehire opportunity. I'm confused about making the right decision here. Kindly share your views. Both offers are pretty much same.

EY PAS said that they can’t offer more than 115k for senior associate in Chicago. I find that ridiculously low since accenture t&o is offering people 140k to join as a consultant. It is from my understating that ey associate is equal to analyst and sr analyst at Accenture. Then senior associate is equal to consultant/ sr consultant. What am i missing here?

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

I need help!!! Got an offer for Citi Private Bank at 110k for an Associate Banker (A1) position. Considering all the bulge brackets just announced 100k base for 1st year Analysts and that every year you go up 5k, that makes me feel like they are trying to lowball. I stupidly gave a salary range during the interview of 110-140k, cuz I was guessing, but I know JPM pays 130k base for the same role. How do I get myself to 130? First time negotiating, any advice appreciated!!!

Interviews need to be monitored and recorded. I can’t tell you how many disappointed dreams I have been sold. It is a complete waste of time to really wait around to be wishful of a call.
