I am currently working on my MBA in a professional evening and weekend program at a highly accredited university. I am thinking about transferring to a much smaller private online program, specifically because they offer a concentration in organizational health, which directly builds on my doctoral research. Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?

Just had my first experience interviewing with a PE ops team; case interview was lead by a junior employee who hadn't bothered to review a resume & very clearly had not been taught how to lead a case interview.

Have other PE opportunities, so second guessing if this is the right exit path. Is this typical of what to expect with the larger funds that have consulting/portfolio ops. teams? Anyone have a similar experience?

I am preparing for the data structures and algo for 2 months (1-2 problems daily). It takes atleast 1-1.5 hours to try solving a new problem and understanding a solution. Not able to take out that much time as wlb is bad in current company. Also now I don’t get calls from good companies. My exp is 7 years i am worried because now the interviews are getting tougher with system design as well. I am looking for good product base company. Can someone help if gone through this? Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.

I am running a macro that uses "Application.FileDialog(MsoFileDialogType.msoFileDialogFilePicker)" to select a single workbook file and then open the selected workbook.

Cell A1 on Sheet1 of the workbook that is running the macro contains sheet names that can be selected from a drop-down list. I want to be able to use the sheet name that is in cell A1 to select that sheet in the newly opened workbook.

It's probably something simple, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas?
