Hi all, I am a structural engineer looking to pivot to management consulting. I have a PhD in civil engineering and am a licensed PE. Currently I am not finding my profession fulfilling due to many barriers for progress. I have a strong statistics background and am looking to switch to a fast paced career in management consulting. Does anyone have any advice on the optimal way to pivot careers? Am I too late to switch? Should I get a career coach?

Hi, I have got offer from NTT, expected at least 9 LPA , how can I negotiate , have 2 years of experience in same domain (python & ansible) . Get selected for SRE Role. How much I can expect from them.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Hey fishes, I have an offer from a Big4 firm in Dublin for tech consulting in SA1 position. I have been offered 53k as fixed and a bonus of max 7.5% of fixed compensation. I do have a prior experience of about 40 months in Big4.
