Anyone interview with AbbVie recently? I’ve had couple interviews with two different teams and got all the way to the final round and both roles they end up going with an internal candidate. How is anyone suppose to have a chance to enter their org if they always go internal. Any tips on how to crack that window?

Curious to learn if any institutes are doing coverage analysis for there clinical trials? If yes, are you utilizing third party or doing it in house? I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
