Anyone interview with AbbVie recently? I’ve had couple interviews with two different teams and got all the way to the final round and both roles they end up going with an internal candidate. How is anyone suppose to have a chance to enter their org if they always go internal. Any tips on how to crack that window?

I have technical writing experience, but I don’t have experience with clinical studies or clinical trials. Does anyone have any advice on how I can gain more experience in this field? They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
