Max out retirement accounts and buy index funds. I wouldn't recommend an advisor for most people.
We were all new at one point! It's great you're already maxing out 401k.
I would also max an HSA (if you have one) and a Roth IRA (you can open one at any brokerage). I'd use Vanguard, Fidelity, or Schwab. I wouldn't use Robinhood. Buy index funds like VTI.
