I have a lot of work these next two weeks. I needed to work this weekend to get some of it done… in the end, I barely have worked this weekend. And I feel really guilty about it. But on the other hand, I feel guilty for feeling guilty, because I shouldn’t be guilty for taking some much needed rest. It’s basically paralyzed me with anxiety all day. I am curious - I have an opposing counsel that sends provocative or incorrect emails related to our case late night (eg 11:00 pm Sunday Night, 1:00 am) and does not consider the timing (nor the content) of his emails to be inappropriate - what do you think about lawyers that send late night emails- are they indicative of incivility?
