CL Account Managers - I'm curious, what is the size of your book of business (in revenue) and what is your top industry? I'm looking for benchmarking, and all of the research I have done is based off numbers from 2020 or later. Thank you!!

Any suggestions about books/ videos that I can access to learn the basics of the retail side??

In case anyone is looking to get into product management, I came across this image which shows some books you could read to get into the role.

P.S: I saw this on Linkedin posted by Dr Milan Milanovic. So all credits to him!

Are there any good movies or novels that show skill development - like follow through? Self-management? Money management? I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.

Cisco

Pros:

- fairly decent place to work (from someone who worked with the Vancouver and San Jose offices). never met a blue badger (permanent employee) who had awful things to say.

- Ashley Goodall (their SVP, Methods & Intelligence) co-authored a brilliant book on leadership and people management called “Nine Lies About Work” that makes me believe they can be an awesome place to work

Cons:

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time
