I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. How much do you charge/would you charge for a workshop? A gym is trying to get me to do a workshop for compound movements (2-3 hours) and they seem to think I’ll just do it for my rate of personal training. There’s no way in hell Im doing that for $65 lmao.
