While I hope the answer is yes, we must live in the here and now and create new opportunities for the industry. There is a need and demand for well-trained professionals to work online with patients at all stages of treatment, recovery. How will you effectively train your clients these days?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done. It’s like I have a phobia for doing the work, but it’s my job as a consultant 😔 I think I fear getting it wrong, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they have coped? Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII.
