Anyone buy les mills bodypump for at home? I started going to classes pre-COVID and really loved it. Curious about the at home experience. OR any experience with Beachbody Lift4 program?

How do you integrate cardio and strength training? I do running & peloton for cardio, Solidcore (full-body Pilates) for strength training, and yoga for flexibility. But I can’t figure out an optimal way to combine them. Cardio/strength on alternate days makes it hard to have rest days; doing both on the same day means whichever workout I do second seems to suffer. Is there a “best” way to organize my calendar to get good results from all of my workouts?

Hi ladies, I'm in my mid 40s and I think I'm entering peri. I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods.
