This morning I did 30 minutes of cardio and 50 minutes of upper body strength training.

I’m discussing a part-time orthopedic position that would include clinic and surgery in WA state, about 1 hour from seattle. 5 years experience. Anyone have experience with this? I’m looking for hourly rate expectations. I will be covered under their malpractice insurance, but no other benefits.

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. Anyone else frustrated with the lack of follow through from potential employers? I have had two companies undercut my ability to have an equal chance to compete for a role. One company kept telling me a second interview would happen in a few weeks. Nothing for 3 months even with my check ins. To just find out the role was filled. Another company flat out said they couldn’t find my application (in their system where it was attached to job req number) and filled the role.
