I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Hi guys, Let me tell you a story here!
I was working in Customer support of CBA from 2023 to Dec 2024. So at the end of the 2024, I've applied for an IJP which led to me getting selected for RO - Retail Operations, As a Credit Risk Analyst for Home Loans.
Now here's the scene: Completed my training in Feb2024- April 2025, I started my production in May 25, and One month later "My manager informed me that I'll be put in PIP". I fought the case saying I'm new to the process and all and this PIP would be career wrecking for me!
But they forced my hand into this and I was done with PIP with average scores and the CBA HR has settled me for resignation.
For a person who worked endless rotational shifts, with messed up slee patter for all these years, that's the reward we got, New Job with PIP and quick resignation. This is called silent firing which happened to me in CBA, Bangalore. I QUIT IN SEPT 25.
