Those who find happiness intrinsically, how do you do it? I’ve always sought things and people to be happy. I’ve been less happy after college and the pandemic doesn’t help. Growing up, our family constantly moved (3 continents, 4 countries) and it was always difficult to make friends. I’m 25/F, recently came out to my mother as gay and she was not receptive. I decided to send a message to my father and sisters to tell them next, and got crickets.
