I hear so many different things. Like most big firms, you hear great and terrible aspects of the firm.
I went to eat with the regional director in south florida. Supervisors need to approve any settlement over $50k. Said the caseload would be around 40ish cases, with an increase as I got more comfortable.
I didn't take the gig bcus I came from a mill PI firm and decided that the corporate ass sniffing life was not for me. You're just a number at those places and unless you come with a special skill set they want, itll be 4-5 years before you start making good money, of course, if you have not burnt out in the same time.
I would say if you’re going to work for them learn how to speak up for yourself if you feel like somethings wrong and have your support teams back! Caseloads vary but rn my atty has about 200 cases Presuit and lit. If a case settles or has limits for over $50k you have to get approval from a group of attorneys (big case committee). They’re implementing a lot of changes rn too.
DON'T.WALK.RUN!
I was literally just going to say this. I worked there (as a paralegal of course) and it was AWFUL. The culture was terrible and it was obvious that they didn't actually care about their employees.

Take everything they say with a grain of salt. The caseload for lit ends up being 150ish cases. The big case committee has to approve every settlement over $50k and sometimes they delay in approving.
