Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

I’m in San Diego but do work in LA. I’d say 80 to 120 but of course some the kickbacks can add up too.
Pro
I was just outside NYC as a second year a couple of years ago and I was at $85k plus 2% bonus on the attorney’s fee for settlements
160k base for Plaintiff work as a second year in LA is about 2x average in the area. Never heard of anyone making base this high so new.
Around $80K at a firm I used to work at a few years ago - insurance defense.
I'm a first year and I'm making 80k roughly
Up in Seattle area, arriving at my two year anniversary at the firm in September but clerked for two years before that. Base is 145k plus 20k guaranteed bonus. Last year ended with an additional 100k end of year bonus.
I do med mal, sex abuse, higher value MVAs (usually 500k plus), occasional serious dog bite or similar injury. Firm also does toxic tort, product defect. I’m point on probably 30 cases at any time. Associates expected to do the meaty work, take our own deps, write and argue our own motions. I’ll clock about 2200 case hours and another 150 hours with networking and events, so fairly high expectations with hours. Demanding but the pay and litigation experience gained make it worth it.
I would ask for no less than 80k.
