I joined pwc almost 2months before not yet billable, working in a temporary project as non billable resource, is it safe ?

My friend has referred me in Virtusa, within 2 days HR called and said they have a job role for my profile and will confirm back for interview, but now they are saying that job post is closed.
I had put my other offers on hold due to virtusa.

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

I am already serving notice period and last 20 days remaining. I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)
