Anyone work in AI? Looking for some advice.

I come from a management consulting background but have a keen interest in AI and its application to organisations.

Im thinking of doing a masters in AI / computer science.

Anyone who is in this field could you give some guidance if my masters will help me pivot into AI quicker or not? Any advice would be appreciated.

I just received an EY Senior II offer in NYC with base salary of 115k. Is this typical for this position in NYC or should I fight for more?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period.
